Facilitation

Lynn was a truly gifted facilitator. I felt cared for and cradled in her strategically designed environment and itinerary of exercises and activities. She had such a diverse repertoire of energy shifting thought deepening work for us and I felt everyone participate wholeheartedly.
— Jose, Workshop participant

As a facilitator, Lynn creates a thoughtful, intentional space that allows participants to engage fully. She practices an embodied facilitation style - sometimes we need to get up and move, to breathe, to center, to ground; sometimes we need opportunities for deep discussion and reflection; we often need to experience play and laughter together.

Lynn relies on activities and processes that engage curiosity and build connection. She offers reminders for the reasons we are gathered, lifts up the joy and beauty we can create together, and also acknowledges healthy conflict as part of building and deepening relationships.

Lynn collaborates with communities and organizations to create sessions that use arts-based tools to engage minds and bodies differently. She pays attention to the dynamics and energy of the space we are co-creating and strives to move at a pace that encourages trust and honesty in partnership with growth and implementation of our goals.
